Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to review, enroll in, or make changes to your medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Add or drop coverage for eligible dependents at this time. Review your eligibility today!
Qualifying Life Event
Did you get married, have a baby, or experience a significant change in your life? You may be eligible to make changes to your coverage outside of the open enrollment period. To see if your life event qualifies, please email Benefits@FlaggerForce.com.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if I’m eligible for benefits?
You must be an active, full-time employee to be eligible for benefits. Field employees working an average of 30 or more hours per week, measured over a 6-month period, are eligible. Office employees become eligible on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees will receive an email from UKG when eligible to enroll. If you have questions about your eligibility, contact Employee Services or email Benefits@FlaggerForce.com.
